An overview of Zumba Choreography

Zumba as you know, is a very popular dance aerobic workout.

The most common question is ... instructor, "What are the basic principles of Zumba choreography." With dance as diverse as samba, merengue, salsa, belly dancing, Reggaeton, Flamenco and hip-hop can be quite an arduous task to choreograph a dance workout for 45 minutes.

Surprising to say that one of the advantages of this type of aerobic danceTraining is offered two important advantages.

One is that you can burn between 500 and 1000 calories and secondly, provide a great cardio workout.

Here are some simple steps to follow in designing a workout Zumba Fitness.

1. Of course, I'm warming as part of training. Add a few stretches and toning moves. This should be the first 5 to 10 minutes of class. The goal is to try to use all majormuscle groups during this phase.

2. At this point, you will enter a slow dance for the next five minutes. Maybe with some basic samba moves. Incorporate moves back and forth to reach the heart through. This is a good format to follow to create a choreography for the Zumba workout exercise

3. Over the next five minutes you can include some songs that are similar to merengue style. If you are not familiar with the meringue,There are three basic moves. Forward, side by side and vice versa. You can incorporate these changes in aerobic dance class.

4. Over the next 5 minutes to choose a couple of songs, saying the salsa moves. This is a start to beat faster and get the kind of pumping.

5. Now is the time to really get the class movement. Add some hip-hop, some dance steps belly and, perhaps, some Reggaeton, as Zuumba choreography training. Using a varietydance steps of Latin dance to keeps things interesting and exciting for participants.
